Heather is an expert in building high performing teams, managing operations and corporate finance. She is passionate about the communities we build and broadening housing options for Canadians.
Pat’s financial leadership and governance drives sustainable profitability and growth objectives for Vive. His expertise and foresight enable our team to deliver accurate forecasting, proformas and planning for future development projects.
Bassem has extensive experience managing high-value construction projects. His leadership oversees key project milestones from tender, pre-construction and contract negotiations to ongoing vendor and construction management.
Director, Sales & Marketing
Lindsey is responsible for managing Vive’s corporate brand and supporting new project marketing efforts. In addition, she proactively leads all community outreach and engagement.
Project Manager, Construction
Nicolai finds the answers, when there are complex problems to be solved. He plays a critical role in overseeing Vive’s construction teams and ensures all projects are delivered on time, on budget and to our highest standard.
Director, Design and Planning
Mark oversees Vive’s design and planning process for new purpose-built rentals. He’s also an experienced environmental consultant specializing in contaminated sites.
Project Manager, Construction
Tristan is responsible for scheduling, procurement and quality control. He has participated in the construction of many new purpose-built rental projects and has managed the renovations of 200+ repurposed apartments.
Kathryn is responsible for Vive’s corporate accounting, and financial best practices, providing critical support for the company’s financial vision.
Project Coordinator, Planning and Construction
Lesley supports our planning and construction teams specifically, ensuring efficiency of our internal processes and procedures.
Rose oversees the day-to-day accounting for Vive, liaising with vendors to ensure payables and receivables are kept up to date. Her analytical skills and knowledge of accounting principles ensures accurate reporting and up-to-date account statements.
Oksana supports the day-to-day operations of the accounting team through project payable and receivable management, vendor relationships, and purchase orders. Her attention to detail is paramount to the accuracy of project reporting at Vive.
Project Coordinator, Sales and Marketing
Joy brings a wealth of knowledge about Waterloo Region, providing assistance to our leasing and property management partners. Her industry experience and commitment to client care allow Joy to support the Vive office on a day-to-day basis, coordinating with our customers, vendors and partners.
